From humble beginnings in a homegrown coffeeshop in Kidapawan, Nikko's interest in brewing was kindled after working in a local cafe in Davao. With the help of his partner, the shop was built and blossomed through a couple's shared passion and sheer dedication to pursue craft of food and coffee.

On top of that, they're just beyond special. They aim to help the local economy by sourcing out raw beans from different farmers in Mindanao. This is to help them promote and grow the nation's coffee industry. They also roast to grind finest whole bean coffee with unique profile and retails rich brewed coffee blends. Each variety, the growing altitude, rich soil, pure waters, cool climate, origin and hardworking farmers contribute mainly to produce highest quality beans. These are important factors when roasting coffee green beans. They're proud to say that they love what they're doing. This is just their one way to help and contribute to the community and coffee industry.

Perhaps their core product is not just a mere coffee but instead, what happens in between a coffee shared with people and experience.

Nikko's Brew was officially established on the 6th of August in 2017 and has been serving locals while sharing the love for coffee ever since.
